Roger
Panton, our mediator, is accredited
by the Academy of Experts. He is on their
Register of Qualified Dispute Resolvers
and he conducts both private and county
court mediation.
HR
Support: Roger uses his 12 years
Acas dispute resolution experience to
help employers prevent or solve workplace
disputes before they require an intervention
from Acas or have to appear before an
employment tribunal. He also assists with
correspondence and issues concerning workplace
disputes including discipline, grievance,
performance, redundancy and unfair dismissal.
Additionally, he will be the ‘Independent
Person’ to demonstrate impartiality
for investigations and for appeals; and
he provides HR support to companies who
do not have their own HR department.
Roger's
work with employees includes:

‘arguments’ to determine
whether there are grounds to lodge a
grievance
